Thank you for shopping with Workman Trading Company, LLC (“Workman,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The following terms apply to all orders placed through workmanusa.com.
Order Processing
- Most orders are processed within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Please note that pre-orders or high-demand items may require up to 30 days to process.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- During peak seasons, restocks, or promotions, processing times may extend by several business days.
- If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard delivery times vary based on carrier and destination.
- Expedited or overnight options are available for most U.S. addresses; standard processing time still applies.
- Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
- Once an order leaves our warehouse, transit delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events are outside our control.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
Workman ships to valid U.S. addresses, including P.O. Boxes, U.S. territories, and military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses. Some carriers may restrict certain shipping methods to these destinations.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking updates typically activate within 24 hours of carrier pickup.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments (if available):
- All customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Workman is not liable for delays, holds, or charges imposed by customs authorities.
Optional Shipping Protection (Not Insurance)
At checkout, customers may purchase optional Shipping Protection (“Protection”) to help resolve rare issues during transit.
Coverage: loss, damage, theft, or delivery errors occurring after carrier acceptance and before confirmed delivery.
Exclusions include:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
- Carrier delays, weather disruptions, or customs holds
- Porch theft without verifiable evidence
- Orders without purchased Protection
Claim Window: Claims must be submitted to support@workmanusa.com within 60 days of your order date and include photos, proof of loss or damage, and the order number.
Resolution (at our discretion):
- Replacement of affected item(s), or
- Refund up to the lesser of the item(s)’ value or USD $1,000 per order
Protection is not insurance and is administered solely by Workman Trading Company, LLC. Decisions regarding claims and resolutions are made at our sole discretion and are final. Once a claim is approved, ownership of the replaced or refunded item(s) transfers to Workman.
Protection fees are non-refundable once the order is placed.
Damages & Lost Packages
- Workman is not liable for products damaged or lost by the carrier.
- If you did not purchase Shipping Protection, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
- Retain all packaging and the damaged goods until your claim is resolved.
- Once tracking shows an item as “Delivered,” risk of loss transfers to the customer.
Force Majeure
Workman is not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, labor strikes, transportation interruptions, pandemics, or carrier disruptions.
