Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Workman gear. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review the information below before sending an item back.

Return Window

Unwanted items may be returned within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. Returns received after this window will not be accepted.

All approved refunds are issued as store credit to be used on workmanusa.com. We do not issue cash or credit card refunds.

What Items Can I Return?

We accept returns on eligible items that are:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • In their original packaging and condition
  • Returned with all original tags and labels attached

Exceptions (non-returnable items):

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Hats (for hygiene reasons)
  • Bottles and drinkware (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or custom items

Condition of Returns

Returned items must be in resalable condition. If an item is damaged, worn, washed, or otherwise altered, it will not qualify for store credit. All returned merchandise is subject to inspection upon arrival.

Packaging & Multiple Returns

Each return must be packaged and shipped separately according to the return authorization. Combining returns from multiple requests in one package may delay processing. Please retain your shipping receipt or proof of postage as we may request it during processing.

When Will I Receive My Store Credit?

Store credit is issued as soon as possible after your return is received and inspected at our warehouse. Please allow additional time for transit and processing by your chosen return courier.

Credits are issued to your Workman account via email. If your purchase was made using a combination of payment card and gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.

Incorrect or Non-Workman Returns

If a non-Workman item is accidentally sent to our returns center, we cannot guarantee its recovery or return. Responsibility for retrieving such items rests with the sender.

Items purchased at Workman Trading Co. pop-up events are eligible for store credit only. Cash or card refunds are not available for event purchases. To initiate a return from a pop-up purchase, please contact our Customer Support team.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact support@workmanusa.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We’ll take care of you as quickly as possible.
