After paying for expedited shipping for the product to arrive by arriveby a specific date, I reached out to customer service after seeing the date was approaching and mt order hadnt been shippied. I received a response statinf theyd expidiye processing and if it did arrive on time I'd receive a discount. It was further delayed and arrived 8 days after i paid for 3 day shipping, so I reached out asking for a refund as the item was no longer needed and I never received a response. Will never order from them again
