I. Sweepstakes Period
The “Workman Monthly Milwaukee Tool Giveaway” (the “Sweepstakes”) consists of separate monthly promotion periods.
Each monthly promotion period begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time on the first day of the applicable calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on the final day of that same calendar month (each, a “Promotion Period”).
Each Promotion Period is a separate Sweepstakes. Entries received for one Promotion Period will not carry over into any subsequent Promotion Period.
For purchase entries, the date and time recorded in Workman’s order-processing system will determine when the entry was received. For mail-in entries, the United States Postal Service postmark and the Sponsor’s records will determine whether the entry was timely submitted and received.
IV. How to Enter
There is no purchase necessary to enter or win. During each Promotion Period, eligible participants may enter using one of the following methods:
A. Automatic Entry With Purchase
During the applicable Promotion Period, complete an eligible purchase directly from Workman through the Workman website.
Upon completion of the purchase, the purchaser will automatically receive one (1) digital entry into the Sweepstakes for the applicable Promotion Period. The entry will be recorded using the name, email address, billing address, and other information associated with the order.
No additional entry form or registration is required.
Orders must be successfully submitted between 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time on the first day of the applicable Promotion Period and 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on the final day of that Promotion Period.
Purchases made before or after the applicable Promotion Period will not qualify for that month’s drawing. Fraudulent, unauthorized, or chargeback orders are not eligible.
The price charged for any Workman product will not be increased because of the Sweepstakes.
B. Alternative Method of Entry Without Purchase
To enter without making a purchase, handwrite the following information on a standard postcard or postal card:
- “Workman Monthly Milwaukee Tool Giveaway”
- The month and year of the applicable Promotion Period
- Your full legal name
- Your complete residential mailing address
- Your city, state, and ZIP code
- Your email address
- Your date of birth
Mail the completed postcard or postal card, with sufficient postage, to:

The mail-in entry must be postmarked no earlier than the first day and no later than the final day of the applicable Promotion Period. It must be received by the Sponsor no later than seven (7) calendar days after the end of that Promotion Period.
The month and year written on the postcard must correspond with the month and year in which the entry is postmarked.
Each mail-in entry must be handwritten and mailed separately. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, computer-generated, automated, bundled, bulk-mailed, illegible, incomplete, postage-due, misdirected, or otherwise noncompliant entries will not be accepted.
A mail-in entry receives the same weight and has the same chance of winning as an entry automatically generated through an eligible purchase.
C. Entry Limit
Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per household during each Promotion Period, regardless of the method of entry.
An eligible participant may enter through an eligible purchase or through the Alternative Method of Entry, but not both during the same Promotion Period.
Making multiple purchases will not result in additional entries. Mailing multiple postcards will not result in additional entries. Any entries received beyond the stated limit will be void.
Entries do not carry over into subsequent Promotion Periods.
A purchase is not required to enter or win, and making a purchase will not improve an entrant’s chances of winning.
V. Prize Details
One (1) winner will be selected for each Promotion Period.
Each verified winner will receive one (1) Milwaukee M18 18V Lithium-Ion Cordless Drill Driver and Impact Driver Combo Kit, Model 2691-22, expected to include:
- One M18 compact drill/driver
- One M18 1/4-inch hex impact driver
- Two M18 REDLITHIUM 1.5Ah batteries
- One M18/M12 charger
- One contractor tool bag
The approximate retail value of the prize is $199.00.
The actual retail value may vary based on market conditions, retailer pricing, and product availability. Any difference between the stated approximate retail value and the actual retail value will not be awarded.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash. No prize substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, discontinued, recalled, or otherwise cannot reasonably be awarded, the Sponsor may substitute a comparable Milwaukee tool kit or another prize of equal or greater approximate retail value.
The Sponsor will cover standard shipping of the prize to an eligible address within the eligible territory. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other expenses not expressly stated as included.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible purchase and mail-in entries received during the applicable Promotion Period. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of winning.
VI. Winner Selection and Notification
After the mail-in entry receipt deadline, one potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible purchase entries and mail-in entries received for the applicable Promotion Period.
Purchase entries and mail-in entries will be combined into a single drawing pool. Each eligible entry will receive equal weight in the drawing, regardless of the method used to enter.
The drawing will generally be conducted within ten (10) business days after the end of the applicable Promotion Period by the Sponsor or its designated representative.
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address associated with the winning purchase or provided on the winning mail-in entry. The Sponsor may also contact the potential winner using the mailing address or telephone number associated with the entry, if available.
The potential winner must respond within five (5) calendar days after the notification is sent, unless a different deadline is stated in the notification.
The potential winner may be required to provide valid government-issued identification and complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, tax documentation, or other verification documents requested by the Sponsor.
A potential winner is not an official winner unless and until the Sponsor has verified the potential winner’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond by the stated deadline, is found to be ineligible, fails to provide requested documentation, declines the prize, provides false or incomplete information, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will forfeit the prize. The Sponsor may then select an alternate potential winner through another random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
VII. Entry Verification
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry.
For purchase entries, the “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned the email address used to complete the applicable Workman order.
For mail-in entries, the “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned the email address handwritten on the postcard.
A potential winner may be required to provide proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the applicable email address.
The use of automated entry devices, bots, scripts, fictitious identities, multiple email addresses, multiple residential addresses, or any other method intended to circumvent the entry limit is prohibited.
